SIDs, VIDs and DLLs

Section 1.2 says that SIDs and VIDs are not relevant for DLLs; although this was true at the time of writing, two later CRs introduced checks on plugin DLLs' SIDs and VIDs into the ECOM framework; this needs to be covered somewhere. -- Craig 15:01, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
