Explanation of OS/UI Split

Section 4 needs to explain the different origins of the OS and the UI layer (S60, UIQ) - this was always a source of confusion and, although it's no longer an issue for Symbian^1 and later, it's still of historical relevance. -- Craig 13:13, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
